Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and 99xb. They apply to every action you take on 99xb.ws, including browsing, registering, depositing, playing games, and claiming bonuses. Using the site counts as acceptance, even if you do not complete registration.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use 99xb. We may update these terms at any time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use 99xb after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Who Can Open an Account

• You have not previously had a 99xb account suspended or permanently closed.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 99xb employee.

99xb takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. We may ask for proof of age at any stage. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any winnings will be voided.

Account Rules and Security

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed exactly one account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, or the same device — may result in both accounts being suspended and all associated funds being forfeited. If you realise you have an older inactive account, contact support before opening a new one.

Accurate Information

All details you provide during registration and at any later point must be truthful and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details. If your information changes, update it through your account settings promptly. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Keeping Your Account Safe

Deposits and Payment Methods

99xb accepts deposits through the following methods for players in Bangladesh:

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded. 99xb does not add any deposit fees, but your mobile banking provider may apply its own charges — check with them beforehand.

Withdrawals and Processing Times

The minimum amount you can withdraw is ৳400 per transaction. The maximum you can withdraw in a single day is ৳75,000. Withdrawals are processed within 25 minutes during normal operating conditions. Your first withdrawal may take up to 6 hours while your account identity verification is completed.

KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal, you must pass KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Upload one of the following documents through your account dashboard:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Driving licence

Our team reviews KYC submissions within 2 hours. All documents must be clearly photographed, unedited, and show your name exactly as it appears on your 99xb account. Withdrawals will be held until verification passes.

Bonus Terms and Wagering

Bonuses at 99xb are optional. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific conditions attached to it. The key terms that apply to all bonuses are set out below.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must complete the wagering requirement first. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the requirement, any remaining bonus balance and winnings generated from the bonus will be removed. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on 99xb are provided by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, JDB, Habanero, CQ9, and Red Tiger. Each game operates under its own set of rules and RTP (return to player) percentage. The RTP shown in the game lobby is the theoretical long-term average, not a guarantee of individual session results.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the round outcome is determined by the game server's last recorded state. 99xb is not responsible for losses caused by connectivity issues on your end. If a software fault causes an incorrect payout, 99xb reserves the right to correct the error after investigation.

What You Must Not Do

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 99xb and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any game or the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or loopholes in games or promotions.
• Coordinating with other players to abuse bonus terms (bonus abuse or collusion).
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person.
• Opening accounts with false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location if you are in a restricted territory.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting 99xb support.

Account Suspension and Closure

99xb may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these terms. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity theft, we are required to freeze funds and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

If your account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balances and bonus-generated winnings will be voided. Genuine deposits made in good faith will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be returned minus any applicable deductions.

Our Liability to You

99xb provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every game will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 99xb is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, technical failures, or delays in payment processing. Our total liability in any single claim is limited to the net amount you deposited in the 30 days before the incident.
